Ordino e pago in anticipo, 3.300 euro, due finestre a Novembre 2021 e mi viene assicurato che la posa in opera sarebbe avvenuta a fine Febbraio 2022. A Marzo 2022 chiamo chiedendo notizie sulla posa in opera e loro prendono tempo adducendo scuse. Chiamo la casa madre Oknoplast, l'ufficio post vendita e mi dicono che le sagome sono state prese male dalla Infissidesign per ben due volte, e settimane dopo mi comunicano che le finestre non si potevano realizzare come mi era stato venduto dalla Infissi design. Più volte chiedo il recesso dal contratto al Signor Paolo ma si rifiuta di rimborsarmi adducendo scuse (superbonus, amministrazione, e quant'altro). Ho dovuto mettere di mezzo il mio avvocato per avere indietro i miei soldi! Nota bene che mi sono fatto fare le finestre da un'altra ditta risparmiando tempo e denaro. Statene alla larga. Davvero pessimi. Incapable! I order and pay in advance, 3,300 euros, two windows in November 2021 and I am assured that the installation would take place at the end of February 2022. In March 2022 I call asking for news on the installation and they take their time making excuses. I call the parent company Oknoplast, the after-sales office and they tell me that the shapes have been badly taken by Infissidesign twice, and weeks later they tell me that the windows could not be made as they had been sold to me by Infissi design. Several times I ask Mr. Paolo to withdraw from the contract but he refuses to reimburse me with an apology (superbonus, administration, and so on). I had to put my lawyer in the way to get my money back! Please note that I had the windows made by another company, saving time and money. Stay away. Really bad.
