Sono intervenuti dopo qualche giorno e il loro commento è stato quello di dirmi che le dimensioni sono troppo grandi e la finestra pesa troppo quindi andata fuori sede. Qui già sorge spontanea la prima riflessione... se sei un professionista prima di iniziare il lavoro mi dici a cosa vado incontro e comunque trovi una soluzione ( visto che in seguito un'altra azienda mi ha eseguito lo stesso lavoro per un'altra finestra identica senza nessun problema). A distanza di un anno la stessa finestra disperde aria dal lato del muro... tanto al punto che la settimana scorsa abbiamo fatto la prova con un accendino acceso e la fiamma si è spenta. Chiamo ripetutamente chiedendo assistenza visto che dovrebbero esserci anche i tempi della garanzia come mi è stato confermato da una associazione consumatori, dopo aver anche inviato una mail senza aver ottenuto risposta, nell'ultima telefonata mi sento rispondere che non hanno i ragazzi e che comunque devo pagare 150 euro ( senza sapere tra l'altro il tipo di intervento da eseguire) e che sanno già che il problema è che non sono stata in grado di chiudere bene l'infisso. MI CHIEDO COME MAI L'AZIENDA TRA L'ALTRO MOLTO VICINA ALLA LORO SEDE MI ABBIA MONTATO 7 FINESTRE E PORTE/FINESTRA PERFETTE CHE NON HANNO CREATO ALCUN PROBLEMA DAL PRIMO MOMENTO? Pessina esperienza scarsa professionalità scarso materiale e servizio clienti da non commentare. Negative experience! Mounted a door / window that immediately gave problems. A year later, the same window disperses air from the side of the wall ... so much so that last week we did the test with a lit cigarette lighter and the flame went out. I call repeatedly asking for assistance as there should also be times of the warranty as I was confirmed by a consumer association, after also sent an email without having received an answer, in the last phone call I hear that they do not have the boys and that I have to pay 150 euros (without knowing among other things the type of intervention to be performed) and who already know that the problem is that I was not able to close the frame well. I ASK HOW NEVER THE COMPANY BETWEEN THE VERY VERY CLOSE TO THEIR SEAT I HAVE INSTALLED 7 WINDOWS AND PERFECT DOORS / WINDOWS THAT HAVE NOT CREATED ANY PROBLEM FROM THE FIRST TIME? Pessina experience poor professionalism poor material and customer service not to comment.
