★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Azienda di altissimo livello, con prodotti innovativi e all’avanguardia, e con personale qualificato,competente e disponibile in ogni occasione; i lavori che eseguono si trasformano da semplici preventivi a vere e proprie opere, rispettando in tutto e per tutto i gusti del cliente,e consigliandolo sempre al meglio! La serietà e la tempestività nella consegna del lavoro poi è veramente degno di nota: sono davvero poco le aziende che rispettano i termini contrattuali,anzi nel mio caso erano pronti al montaggio addirittura prima della data stabilita!
Non posso non consigliarla: se volete donare alla vostra casa quel tocco in più in eleganza e qualità,dovete assolutamente rivolgervi a loro!

A fine luglio 2020 mi è stata montata una tenda sul balcone da Serramenti 82. Il tecnico si è dimostrato alquanto incompetente, poco sensibile alle mie richieste e a tratti aggressivo. Avendo riscontrato delle cose che non andavano ( i bracci montati male e corti, la manovella di apertura tenda montata al contrario e altro) da fine luglio ho chiamato la ditta più e più volte per un sopralluogo e nonostante le rassicurazioni delle segretarie prima e del responsabile della ditta poi, a oggi 11 novembre non si è ancora visto nessuno. Scarsa professionalità e incompetenza!
Bad experience!
At the end of July 2020 I was mounted a curtain on the balcony by Serramenti 82. The technician proved somewhat incompetent, not very sensitive to my requests and at times aggressive. Having found some things wrong (the arms badly mounted and short, the opening crank handle mounted upside down and more) from the end of July I called the company over and over again for an inspection and despite the reassurances of the secretaries first and of the manager of the company then, as of November 11 no one has yet been seen. Lack of professionalism and incompetence!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto a che fare con la ditta in questione solo per vie telefoniche e devo dire che sono di una cortesia e gentilezza fuori dal comune.
In questi periodi dove tutto fa' brodo, loro invece di venire a casa e fare l'intervento e farsi pagare chiamata e intervento, mi hanno consigliato vari modi per provare a sistemare il problema con la maniglia e in pochi minuti ho risolto il problema.
Quindi per mia esperienza posso garantire per la serietà dell'azienda e per la disponibilità e gentilezza delle persone che ci lavorano.
I had to deal with the company in question only by telephone and I must say that I am of an uncommon courtesy and kindness.
In these times when everything is broth, instead of coming home and doing the surgery and getting paid for a call and intervention, they advised me various ways to try to fix the problem with the handle and in a few minutes I solved the problem.
So from my experience I can guarantee for the seriousness of the company and for the availability and kindness of the people who work there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa. una finestra si è bloccata dopo poco tempo, dopo molte telefonate e tre appuntamenti saltati si sono degnati di aggiustarla alla modica cifra di 130 euro. Alla mia esternata insoddisfazione il proprietario ha risposto " se non ti sta bene arrivederci".

Serramenti '82 by Franceschini ad Ariccia. Abbiamo quindi deciso di visitare lo showroom, una accoglienza calda e sincera fin dalla prima visita da parte di Luana
e la professionalità e simpatia di Paolo, che ha illustrato in modo accurato tutti i prodotti che la loro azienda produce. Paolo ha ascoltato dal primo momento
le nostre richieste e dubbi ed è stato lui a consigliarci benissimo su tutto, senza tralasciare neppure il più piccolo particolare.
Successivamente dopo aver trovato il prodotto adatto alle nostre esigenze, arriva il sopralluogo da parte di Giovanni, persona altamente professionale.
Partiti con l'ordine dopo poco meno di 1 mese vengo contatto per la consegna, formidabili nei tempi.
La squadra che ha gestito la posa in opera, sono stati molto professionali(purtroppo ricordo solo il nome di Emiliano che ringrazio tantissimo).
Molto soddisfatto della professionalità, tempi, prezzo e posa in opera. Cosa più importante ho avuto un piccolo problema su una finestra, ed anche il post vendita
è stato all'altezza di una Azienda seria, solo la chiusura di tutte le attività causa pandemia è riuscito a rallentare la sostituzione. Subito dopo l'apertura sono
stato contattato per il servizio di post vendita e la riparazione immediata.
