Poi in attesa dei decreti ecobonus, che son stati emanati i primi di agosto, e cmq per definire la proposta finanziaria e siglare l accordo, è diventato irreperibile, nonostante una mail e due chiamate...neanche uno straccio di risposta interlocutoria per dirci che si ricorda di noi...veramente poco serio e scorretto.. Ho visitato la Mondial ed è doveroso segnalarla per l'estrema professionalità dimostrata in ogni sua fase. La mia positiva esperienza è iniziata nello splendido show-room accolti dal responsabile commerciale che mi ha illustrato tutta la vasta gamma dei prodotti e le relative caratteristiche.Successivamente sulla base delle mie scelte e delle mie necessità mi è stato fornito un preventivo dettagliato che non ha dato sorprese in seguito. Il laboratorio è super tecnologico. Il sopralluogo viene effettuato dal proprietario che si occupa di prendere le misure e consigliare per il meglio. La lavorazione rispetta i tempi indicati. Fantastica anche la precisione e accuratezza della messa in opera e l'impagabile servizio post vendita. Ormai i miei infissi hanno già qualche anno e sono perfetti. When I started the search for my new fixtures I visited trade fairs, retailers and factories in quantity. In the end I found Mondial Infissi and all the doubts I had have vanished. Hospitality, professionalism, availability and competence would have been enough to choose them, but being able to see with my own eyes also the production process and the quality of the equipment as well as the materials used, has knocked down all my reservations about the trust to be given to Mondial Infissi. The precision and accuracy of the implementation and the priceless after-sales service are also fantastic. By now my windows are already a few years old and they are perfect. I have already recommended their proposals to friends and relatives and will continue to do so given the satisfaction of those who, like me, have made this choice.

Mi sono recato presso il loro punto vendita per avere qualche informazione e suggerimento su quale materiale fosse più adatto alle mie esigenze. Devo fare una sostituzione di tutti gli infissi. Dopo oltre 20 giorni e diverse telefonate sollecitando per avere il preventivo, il quale mi era stato garantito che mi fosse stato inviato entro qualche giorno, ad oggi non ho ricevuto nulla e neanche una telefonata così come mi era stato detto alla mia ennesima richiesta. Se il modo di ricevere informazioni è questo immagino chi attende l'ordine cosa va incontro. SCONSIGLIO I am forced to insert a star (from zero stars) otherwise I cannot post the review. Considerando che ci si rivolge ad un'azienda simile per lavori la cui qualità si testa nel tempo, rifletterei prima di affidarmi a questa ditta. La mia valutazione è una stella non potendo esprimere un giudizio a zero stelle. Non parliamo poi dell'educazione. Evidentemente quando si inizia a vedere il guadagno e le richieste aumentano, la professionalità ne risente. Leggendo poi la risposta sono maggiormente indignata. L'azienda è costretta ad operare delle scelte ed io non rientro tra queste? Mi sembra un'espressione un po' forte e azzarderei discriminatoria. Avrei accettato semmai un commento quale viste le numerose richieste i tempi sarebbero stati eccessivamente lunghi ma non rientrare tra i "fortunati selezionati" mi offende. Peraltro un simile rifiuto rappresenta anche un illecito amministrativo. Ciò nonostante vi offro il prezioso consiglio di valutare con più accuratezza le risposte fornite sul web magari con l'utilizzo di una terminologia più consona Bad experience.
