★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovevamo installare e sostituire degli infissi e abbiamo conosciuto la infissi diamante, dove abbiamo parlato con Silvia e William, ci sono sembrati subito cortesi e disponibili cosi abbiamo deciso di affidargli i lavori.
Ottima impressione anche con gli installatori molto professionali e qualificati, che altro dire il lavoro è bellissimo quindi mi sento di consigliarli a chi volesse una ditta seria ed efficiente.
We had to install and replace some fixtures and we met the diamond fixtures, where we spoke with Silvia and William, they immediately seemed courteous and helpful so we decided to entrust them with the work.
Excellent impression also with very professional and qualified installers, what else to say the work is beautiful so I would recommend them to those who want a serious and efficient company.

Abbiamo apprezzato sin dal primo momento la competenza e la disponibilità di tutto lo staff nelle diverse fasi: dal preventivo, passando per le tempistiche del cantiere, fino al montaggio e finanche al post-vendita, siamo stati adeguatamente seguiti sotto ogni aspetto. Un sincero ringraziamento a William, Alessandro, Silvia, Giorgio, Loris e credo di non aver dimenticato nessuno!
Our experience has been very positive. We turned to this company for the complete replacement of the house window frames under renovation. We appreciated from the first moment the competence and the availability of all the staff in the different phases: from the estimate, passing through the timing of the construction site, to the assembly and even to the post-sale, we were adequately followed in every aspect. Quattro mega finestre vasistas elettriche,in legno massello, personalizzate e con annesse veneziane interne vetro, elettriche anch’esse.
Il tutto è stato gestito, realizzato e montato magnificamente e nei tempi esatti.
Hanno una vastissima esperienza e competenza in questo campo che li rende totalmente affidabili in materia.
Oltre a ciò dimostrano una grande capacità e intelligenza nel gestire le pratiche lavorative e grande comprensione e rispetto nei confronti del cliente.
Sono rivenditori diretti di una delle migliori ditte per gli infissi in Italia, se non la migliore.
Poi con essa hanno uno stretto e ottimo rapporto; e questo è un plus, credetemi.

They have a vast experience and expertise in this field which makes them totally reliable on the subject.
In addition, they demonstrate a great capacity and intelligence in managing work practices and great understanding and respect towards the customer.
They are direct dealers of one of the best companies for windows in Italy, if not the best.
Then they have a close and excellent relationship with it; and that's a plus, believe me.

Sono venuti ad effettuare un sopralluogo per prendere le misure e verificare quale fosse la soluzione migliore per le finestre sulle quali volevo aggiungere le zanzariere. L’installazione è avvenuta nei tempi prestabiliti, con professionalità e senza alcun tipo di problema. Pienamente soddisfatta anche dall' assistenza clienti che si è occupata di prendere gli appuntamenti e gestire le pratiche amministrative.
I entered their Show Room to request a quote, to welcome me William: he immediately understood my needs. They came to carry out an inspection to take the measurements and check which was the best solution for the windows on which I wanted to add mosquito nets. The installation took place on schedule, with professionalism and without any kind of problem.
