Quasi un ora in negozio ad aspettare per farmi dire dopo che avrei dovuto prendere un appuntamento. Domanda se dovevo fare qualcosa di grosso in casa, della serie ti prendiamo in considerazione se da noi spendi solo molto. Non mi è stata neanche fornita la possibilità di prenderlo l’appuntamento. Trattare con sufficienza una persona perché non la si ritiene evidentemente capace di fare una spesa importante (dall’aspetto?) è veramente squallido. Zero customer support. Vi consigliamo vivamente questa filiale. Per la parte commerciale ci ha seguito Nina. Una vera professionista: cortese, disponibile e molto preparata tecnicamente. Si è spesa tantissimo per venire incontro alle nostre (non banali) esigenze. Il montaggio, componente fondamentale per la riuscita, è stato curato dalla squadra di Mario; anche loro professionali, capaci e molto educati. Esperienza ottima ! Perché dopo la richiesta della prima porta di cabina armadio, vedendo il suo atteggiamento frettoloso e scocciato, ho preferito non richiedere il preventivo per le altre 18 porte che dovevo ordinare, e sono andata via. Consiglio alla direzione, di prestare più attenzione alla formazione "umana" per la cura del cliente, oltre che tecnica dei propri operatori. Showroom molto bello! Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti per il trattamento ricevuto in particolare dal signor Alessio, per la sua cortesia e per la professionalità che poi ci hanno convinto a scegliere da Lady Porta anche le finestre e il portone blindato. Ma Lady Porta non è solo un negozio di infissi, infatti abbiamo scelto i battiscopa, i davanzali e tutta una serie di accessori che prima non pensavamo nemmeno fosse possibile trovare. Anche se può sembrare facile, scegliere ottime porte non è per niente semplice, ma quando si è seguiti da persone competenti allora il discorso cambia. E' il caso di tutte le persone che ruotano attorno all'acquisto di una porta o di una finestra, tutte persone diverse esperte in un settore specifico, dal rilievo delle misure di una finestra alla progettazione di un telaio d'acciaio per porta blindata, al trasporto e montaggio di tutto di pari passo con i lavori di ristrutturazione senza mai alcun intralcio. Veramente consigliatissimo. I prezzi? La professionalità e la competenza oggi sono merce alquanto rara, ma non abbiamo riscontrato che Lady Porta costi troppo, anzi. In linea con il mercato se non un gradino sotto e, vista la qualità che ci è stata messa a disposizione, abbiamo fatto bene. Peccato che l'assistenza post vendita non sia efficiente come dovrebbe, clienti che spendono migliaia di euro e che vorrebbero, a questo punto il condizionale è d'obbligo, fare altri acquisti da voi, lasciati in attesa di un semplice intervento di regolazione finestre dal 26 agosto a oggi 20 ottobre. Hanno sbagliato completamente un infisso acquistato con loro e sono scomparsi per 8mesi promettendo un infisso corretto che non arriva mai. Vergognosi! State lontani da questo è da qualsiasi punto vendita Ladyporta perché sono dei ladri.
