In data 15/5/2020 si presenta un venditore sotto veci di geometra prende le misure ci fa firmare il contratto e chiede un immediato bonifico di € 400 tot spesa x una doccia 3500 . Ci propone di pagare con assegni postdatati ( cosa illegale) e lo scrive pure sul contratto, il quale nn prevede diritto di recesso. Il giorno dopo vedo una loro pubblicità che propone uno sconto di 650€ più un altro di 350€, a noi in sede di firma era stato detto che nn erano possibili sconti. Contatto il sedicente geometra sig Maurizio Montagna per chiedere spiegazioni e non risponde. Vado a vedere qualche commento e mi terrorizzo : bagni che perdono materiale scadente etc... la cosa più grave è che si sono intascati 400€ e dicono che abbiamo firmato un foglio dove c’è scritto chiaramente che nn esiste diritto di recesso ( non abbiamo preso visone di nulla di simile anche perché grande clausola vessatoria). A questo punto qualcuno può dirmi come faccio a riavere i 400€ versati? È possibile che un contratto non preveda diritto di recesso????? Aiutatemi , lunedì li vado a denunciare. Ciliegina sulla torta il contratto è stato intestato ad una persona disabile interdetta e assistita da un tutore legale

On 5/15/2020 a salesman appears in the place of a surveyor. He takes the measurements and makes us sign the contract and asks for an immediate bank transfer of € 400 for the expense of a 3500 shower. He proposes us to pay by postdated checks (which is illegal) and he also writes it on the contract, which does not provide for the right of withdrawal. The next day I see one of their advertisements offering a discount of 650 € plus another of 350 €, when signing we were told that discounts were not possible. I contact the self-styled surveyor Mr. Maurizio Montagna to ask for explanations and he doesn't answer. I go to see some comments and I am terrified: bathrooms that lose poor material etc ... the most serious thing is that they pocketed € 400 and say that we have signed a sheet where it is clearly written that there is no right of withdrawal (not we took a look at nothing like this also because it was a big vexatious clause). At this point can someone tell me how I can get back the € 400 paid? Is it possible that a contract does not provide for a right of withdrawal ????? Help me, I'm going to report them on Monday. To top it off, the contract was made out to a disabled person who was interdicted and assisted by a legal guardian
