Ci siamo rivolti a loro per la ricerca della prima casa, dopo una proposta d’acquisto non andata a buon fine per accettazione di un’altra offerta scopriamo che la casa che volevamo acquistare è ancora sul mercato. Nessuna chiamata da parte degli agenti per riproporre l’acquisto se pur a detta loro eravamo la seconda famiglia papabile per la concludere l’affare, o spiegazione sul perché l’offerta non sia andata a buon fine (5K sotto il prezzo di vendita). Tutto ciò rende i processi poco chiari, dubbi e sottolinea la poca empatia verso il cliente facendo emergere solo la volontà di trattare la scelta della casa alla pari di un vestito grazie ai loro pessimi open house in cui il massimo delle risposte che potete ottenere sono: .
