Mi hanno contattato per scusarsi e mi hanno illustrato il loro processo di raccolta e produttivo spiegandomi come si era potuto verificare questo inconveniente, Mi hanno spedito a casa un pacchetto con i loro prodotti e questo denota la serietà di questa azienda di Latina e la volontà di mantenere un buon rapporto con il consumatore che sceglie i loro prodotti.
