In particolare consiglio la pancetta e il caprino semi stagionato alle noci, dal sapore unico e speciale! Anche il miele di Erica mi ha piacevolmente stupito, e credo che ordinerò presto altri prodotti da questa fantastica azienda agricola? Prodotti non solo buonissmi nel gusto ma soprattutto sano e controllati in tutta la filiera poiché tutto viene prodotto a km zero. Non ultimo mi sento di elogiare anche il servizio spedizioni che è stato super veloce nella consegna dei prodotti... Un esempio di un lavoro svolto a regola d 'arte dall' inizio alla fine della realizzazione di tutti i prodotti... Continuate così mi raccomando!!!! Dopo il primo ordine ho voluto assaggiare un po’ tutto: a primo impatto ho notato subito il VERO sapore del miele e delle confetture; i formaggi finalmente hanno un odore ed un sapore; il guanciale e gli insaccati... neanche a parlarne. A quanto dichiarano, anche l’olio è assolutamente biologico. Effettivamente il sapore è quello di un prodotto di alta qualità. Sono contento di aver scoperto questa azienda agricola: ho già delle idee per fare dei regali natalizi! 100% at 0 km !! Ottimi anche i formaggi semi-stagionati freschi ai vari gusti come quello al pistacchio o alle noci. Eccellenti prodotti fatti ancora con sapienti mani , tutto a chilometro zero. Inoltre il servizio di recapito a domicilio, celere e puntuale, che garantiscono la freschezza dei prodotti, specie se si ha fretta di metterli in tavola e gustarli subito. Mi hanno illustrato tutti i loro prodotti che ho già assaggiato in parte e devo dire che sono davvero ottimi ma soprattutto genuini li consiglio vivamente..
