È un posto magico, a partire dalle mille varietà di piante, fiori e spezie che si possono trovare nel bellissimo giardino, alla struttura vera e propria (una ristrutturazione di un vero mulino del 700 curata nel minimo dettaglio), allo staff che ci ha coccolato per due giorni interi. Un grazie particolare a Giulia, dolcissima ed appassionata, che ci ha spiegato tutta la storia del molino. A Bianca, preparatissima, affidatevi a lei per la degustazioni di vini ed oli (prodotti direttamente dalla loro azienda agricola). A Gianluca, che è stato nostro accompagnatore nelle varie esperienze scelte da noi, e nostro cameriere. La chef è bravissima, abbiamo scelto la formula all inclusive con colazione, pranzo e cena..e non sappiamo ancora cosa ci sia piaciuto di più! Bravissimi tutti, complimenti Giovanna. I went with my husband to this fabulous place for a weekend. It is a magical place, starting from the thousand varieties of plants, flowers and spices that can be found in the beautiful garden, to the real structure (a restructuring of a real 18th century mill with attention to the smallest detail), to the staff who pampered us for two full days. A special thanks to Giulia, very sweet and passionate, who explained the whole history of the mill to us. At Bianca, very well prepared, rely on her for wine and oil tastings (produced directly from their farm). To Gianluca, who was our guide in the various experiences chosen by us, and our waiter. The chef is very good, we chose the all-inclusive formula with breakfast, lunch and dinner .. and we still don't know what we liked the most! All very good, congratulations Giovanna.

Michele Cestrone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Azienda agricola di nuova realizzazione, posto incantevole immerso nelle colline di vigneti che sembrano opere d'arte in filari verdi e curati nei minimi particolari. si viene accolti in un parcheggio ampio dopodiché si accede, attraversando la strada, alla struttura vera e propria. Gli edifici sono davvero belli e realizzati in pietra antica. Il locale dove viene servito il pranzo é accessibile passando a bordo piscina. Tavoli sedie e lampadari, dai pavimenti alle vetrate, tutto rientra nei canoni del lusso. A dire la verità non tutto é stato degno del luogo. La carne é stata servita fredda, i dolci hanno un prezzo spropositato rispetto alla "normalità generale" di quelli delle pietanze. Una cheesecake pagata 14 euro non si può. Per il resto anche se il servizio é stato un po' lento tutto é andato per il meglio. Giornata rilassante in un posto suggestivo. Newly built farm, enchanting place nestled in the hills of vineyards that look like works of art in green rows and treated in detail. you are welcomed in a large parking area, after which you enter the real structure by crossing the road. The buildings are really beautiful and made of ancient stone. The room where lunch is served is accessible by passing by the pool. Tables, chairs and chandeliers, from floors to windows, everything falls within the standards of luxury. To tell the truth, not everything was worthy of the place. The meat was served cold, the desserts have a disproportionate price compared to the "general normality" of those of the dishes. A cheesecake paid for 14 euros is not possible. For the rest, even if the service was a bit slow, everything went well. Relaxing day in a suggestive place.

La location è da favola, un piccolo borgo circondato da vigneti nel quale staccare la spina dalla vita di città. Abbiamo degustato i loro vini (tutti ottimi!) e cenato nel ristorante dove i piatti sono preparati con i prodotti del loro orto. Comoda la camera, provvista di ogni comfort: kit per la piscina con accappatoio e ciabattine, bollitore con selezione di tisane e un omaggio con articoli di loro produzione. Un ringraziamento va a Gianluca, che ci ha accompagnati nella degustazione ed è stato il nostro cameriere per la cena, e a Giulia, che ci ha preparato la colazione e ci ha spiegato e fatto vedere il mulino in azione. torneremo sicuramente per vivere appieno il Molino in primavera. We stayed at the Molino for just one night but we fell in love! The location is fabulous, a small village surrounded by vineyards in which to disconnect from city life. We tasted their wines (all excellent!) And had dinner in the restaurant where the dishes are prepared with the products of their garden. The room is comfortable, equipped with every comfort: kit for the swimming pool with bathrobe and slippers, kettle with a selection of herbal teas and a gift with articles of their production. Thanks go to Gianluca, who accompanied us in the tasting and was our waiter for dinner, and to Giulia, who prepared breakfast for us and explained and showed us the mill in action. we will definitely come back to fully experience the Molino in spring.

Il mulino settecentesco che dà il nome alla struttura è ancora funzionante. le camere sono confortevoli e super moderne in un contesto "antico". Dal residence si possono raggiungere agevolmente in pochi minuti le zone circostanti tra cui il castello e i giardini di Ninfa. La cena e la colazione con prodotti fatti al momento dalla chef e a km zero un quid notevole in più. Tutto lo staff estremamente cordiale e disponibile Enchanting place surrounded by nature and well-kept down to the smallest detail. The eighteenth-century mill that gives the structure its name is still functional. the rooms are comfortable and super modern in an "ancient" context. From the residence you can easily reach the surrounding areas in a few minutes, including the castle and the gardens of Ninfa. Dinner and breakfast with products made at the moment by the chef and at zero km a notable extra something. All the staff extremely friendly and helpful
