★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bravi, bravi, bravi... Ho affidato ad Incasa nella persona di Francesco la vendita del mio immobile il 01 Dicembre.
Il giorno successivo come da accordi si presenta a casa il fotografo per la realizzazione del servizio fotografico e del video... Il 19 hanno organizzato un Open House (tecnica di vendita che sinceramente neanche conoscevo) portando 14 famiglie... C'era la fila! Risultato? Il 20 Dicembre mi hanno presentato una proposta al prezzo che chiedevo... In 20 giorni e senza neanche un euro di trattativa!!
Lo so fa strano anche a me ma é veramente andata così!! Ringrazio ancora Francesco per la disponibilità e la grande professionalità!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Persone professionali ma allo stesso tempo molto alla mano... Li ho conosciuti quasi per caso con un annuncio su internet (che ho saputo poi essere una delle loro specializzazioni).
Francesco dopo aver visto casa mi ha presentato una valutazione in base ad uno studio del mercato di zona e mi ha illustrato quella che sarebbe stata la pubblicità (o piano marketing come lo chiamano loro ?) che secondo lui avrebbe avuto maggior successo per il tipo di immobile che stavo vendendo... Ed effettivamente così è stato... ?

Professional people but at the same time very easy going ... I met them almost by chance with an advertisement on the internet (which I later learned to be one of their specializations).
After seeing the house, Francesco presented me with an evaluation based on a study of the local market and explained to me what would be the advertising (or marketing plan as they call it) that according to him would have been more successful for the type of property I was selling ... And indeed it was ... ?
