★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando tienes un problema que el portal del Comune di Roma no te permite resolver (lo habitual) ellos (por una pago razonable) te lo gestionan rápidamente. Es algo que debería ser (y en teoría es) gratis, pero la web del Comune raramente funciona adecuadamente.
 When you have a problem that the Comune di Roma portal does not allow you to solve (as usual) they (for a reasonable fee) manage it quickly. It's something that should be (and in theory is) free, but the Comune's website rarely works properly.
