Richiesta cifra esagerata e accettaro proprio perchè si sono presentati come una ditta di livello altissimo e professionali. Casa trovata in condizioni indecente. Infissi termosifoni e serrande neanche toccate. Richiamati e prontamente tornati. Ora che stiamo entrando con le nostre cose mano a mano che mi accorgo delle cose mi rendo conto che non hanno fatto proprio nulla. I sanitari sono sporchissimi. E il resto della casa idem. Buona solo la pulizia dei pavimenti. Ma quello ero in grado di farlo anche io. 350 euro assolutamente buttati. (prezzo anche scontato, perchè inizialmente richiesti 380 iva esclusa) Vergognaaaaa! Called for the roughing of a rented house. I ask for an exaggerated amount and I accept it precisely because they presented themselves as a very high level and professional company. House found in indecent condition. Fixtures radiators and shutters not even touched. Recalled and promptly returned. Now that we are getting in with our things as I become aware of things I realize that they have done nothing at all. The sanitary ware is extremely dirty. And the rest of the house ditto. Good only the cleaning of the floors. But I was able to do that too. 350 euros absolutely wasted. (price also discounted, because initially required 380 excluding VAT) Vergognaaaaa!

I thank Mohammed and Adina and their boss Roberto for cleaning the house after renovation. Tiring 8 hours of work but the result is excellent.

Hanno risposto subito,sono arrivati un’ora prima rispetto a quanto pattuito e si sono fermati un’ora in più perché il problema è stato risolto mentre erano già presenti. Se non fossero stati sul posto probabilmente avrei avuto molti più danni rispetto a quelli che ho avuto. Straconsigliati e gentilissimi! Called to clean an apartment after flooding. They replied immediately, they arrived an hour earlier than agreed and stopped an hour longer because the problem was solved while they were already present. If they weren't there, I probably would have had a lot more damage than I've had. Straconsigliati and very kind!

Sono stati molto bravi, professionali e pazienti, lavorando anche in condizioni di particolare difficoltà. Non avendo potuto terminare il lavoro prima del rifacimento della casa, sono tornati per una giornata, a ripristino terminato, per lo sgrosso finale. Mi sento di consigliarli vivamente. Roberto and his collaborators carried out a post fire remediation at my home, so they shared a delicate and painful moment with me. They were very good, professional and patient, working even in particularly difficult conditions. Not being able to finish the job before the house was rebuilt, they returned for a day, once the restoration was complete, for the final roughing. I can highly recommend them.

I had a problem with the sewers and the bathrooms flooded, I called the company on Saturday and they came the same day, they thoroughly cleaned the whole house and sanitized, I am very satisfied, the work was done well and the kids were very nice and polite.
