★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se potessi metterei 0 ho comprato i palloncini per il compleanno e mi ha detto che era compreso il gonfiaggio ad elio. Quando sono tornato si sono rimangiati la parola e me lo hanno fatto pagare. Li avevano pure firmati, per far vedere che era garantito il gonfiaggio. Vergognoso, fregare la gente così.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio è bello e fornito, tante cose per tante idee, ma.... il Personale è indisponibile, spesso introvabile e per niente di aiuto al cliente. Decisamente pessimo. Peccato perché rovina l'immagine del negozio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reggio Emilia aveva bisogno di un negozio così...vastità e varietà di articoli. Si può trovare tutto l’occorrente per ogni tipologia di festa o ricorrenza.. dal Matrimonio, Comunione Battesimo e Compleanni..anche prodotti per la casa e per il Cake Design !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anni fa' per caso,entrai in questo negozio rimanendone piacevolmente colpita. Assortimento vastissimo, personale gentilissimo, indaffarato, ma sempre sorridente e garbato. Capivano perfettamente cosa cercavi e lo cercavano insieme a te lasciandoti poi tutto il tempo di decidere. Oggi purtroppo non è più così, si fatica a trovare assistenza e quando finalmente si riesce a chiedere l'articolo che vorresti dopo aver girato tanto da sola a vuoto, ti rispondono quasi sempre con ..."mi dispiace non c'è..." senza proporti un'alternativa .
L' assortimento che avevano nell' altra sede (anche se più piccola )era più vasto .Ma la cosa che rattrista di più è che hanno perso il sorriso stupendo di accoglienza al cliente che avevano.Peccato.

The assortment they had in the other location (although smaller) was larger. But the thing that saddens the most is that they have lost the wonderful welcoming smile they had.
