★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non c'erano bicchieri di plastica! Mille e mille cose ma l'unica banale che cercavo non c'era! Di base non mi piacciono questi mega bazar dove trovi tutto ma non di tutto.
There were no plastic cups! A thousand and a thousand things but the only banal I was looking for wasn't there! Basically I don't like these mega bazaars where you find everything but not everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un prodotto non funzionante presso il loro negozio, mi reco in negozio e provvisto di scontrino di acquisto faccio presente il problema e chiedo la sostituzione dell'oggetto, questi personaggi mi negano la sostituzione a causa della confezione del prodotto rovinata.
1 per sapere se un prodotto funziona va aperto,
2 sono stato altamente attento alla cura nell aprire la confezione (allego foto)
3 magari non sanno che per legge qualsiasi prodotto DEVE essere coperto da garanzia!
Prodotto dal prezzo irrisorio ma evidentemente l'azienda preferisce perdere clienti pur di guadagnare qualche euro. Veramente deluso!
I purchased a non-working product at their shop, I go to the shop and with the purchase receipt I report the problem and ask for the item to be replaced, these characters deny me the replacement due to the damaged product packaging.
1 to find out if a product works, open it,
2 I was very careful to take care of opening the package (I am attaching photos)
3 maybe they don't know that by law any product MUST be covered by a warranty!
Product with a paltry price but evidently the company prefers to lose customers in order to earn a few euros. Really disappointed!
