A	Augustine Frimpong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi è capitato tre volte di infortunarmi sul lavoro negli ultimi 15 anni e ogni volta ho avuto un esperienza pessima all' INAIL di Caserta...il personale dell'accettzione nei reparti medici sono gentili e disponibili ma i medici sono PESSIMI...non ti visitano come dovrebbero o non ti visitano affatto e sono capaci di mandarti al lavoro nonostante tu abbia ancora i postumi dell'infortunio...si capisce subito che fanno di tutto per risparmiare cercando di mandarti al lavoro il più presto possibile...l'ultima volta ho dovuto litigare con un medico che senza neanche guardarmi in faccia mi ha detto che l'indomani sarei dovuto tornare al lavoro...così sbattendo i pugni sul tavolo sono riuscito a farmi visitare da un altro ortopedico il quale a constatato che avessi ancora dolore al menisco e dandomi,giustamente, altri 10 giorni di riposo.Poi non parliamo dei pagamenti dello stipendio e dei rimborsi dei medicinali comprati...sono 5 mesi che aspetto il rimborso si 24 euro per dei medicinali ed è quasi un mese che aspetto i soldi dello stipendio...avrò fatto decine di telefonate e se ti risponde qualcuno non fa altro che dirti che comunicherà la tua segnalazione senza che poi succeda nulla...ci obbligano ad avere questa assicurazione statale che come tutte le cose statali funziona malissimo...sarebbe meglio che ogni lavoratore fosse si obbligato ad avere una assicurazione ma che possa scegliere se INAIL oppure una privata! I have had three accidents at work in the past 15 years and every time I have had a very bad experience at the INAIL of Caserta ... the reception staff in the medical wards are kind and helpful but the doctors are VERY bad ... not they visit you as they should or do not visit you at all and are able to send you to work despite the fact that you still have the consequences of the accident ... it is clear that they do everything to save by trying to send you to work as soon as possible ... l last time I had to quarrel with a doctor who without even looking at my face told me that the next day I would have to go back to work ... so banging my fists on the table I managed to be visited by another orthopedist who found that I still have pain in the meniscus and giving me, rightly, another 10 days of rest. Then we are not talking about the salary payments and the reimbursements of the medicines purchased ... I have been waiting for the reimbursement for 24 months for medicines for 5 months and I have been waiting for the salary money for almost a month ... I will have made dozens of phone calls and if someone answers you do nothing but tell you that he will communicate your report without anything happening then ... they oblige us to have this state insurance that like all state things, it works very badly ... it would be better if every worker were obliged to have insurance but that he could choose whether INAIL or a private one!

Non è stato per nulla piacevole dover aver a che fare con lei! C'è un centralino a cui non risponde mai nessuno, un indirizzo pec del tutto inutile, in quanto le pec in genere passano dal centralino e pare che nessuno le legga. Si cerca di essere previdenti, quindi se si hanno delle richieste da fare si fanno in anticipo per dare loro un lungo lasso di tempo per risponderti e così adempiere correttamente a tutte le scadenze, ma a loro non interessa, non ti rispondono e ti sanzionano se non rispetti i termini. VERGOGNOSO!!! Companies pay for services, which are not provided on time. There is a switchboard that nobody ever answers, a pec address completely useless, as the pec in general pass from the switchboard and it seems that nobody reads them. You try to be foresight, so if you have requests to do they are done in advance to give them a long time to respond and so correctly fulfill all deadlines, but they do not care, they do not answer and sanction if do not comply with the terms. Abbiate almeno la compiacenza di scendere dai piedistallo. Relations with the public should improve, but human resources too. If one goes to Inail, he certainly does not go shopping.
