 This morning they called me x change my appointment x 1 ultrasound too bad they didn't tell me I had to go to another center .. Absolutely unreliable I will never go to them again !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato mio figlio per una visita fisiatrica e devo dire che la dottoressa è stata veramente gentile e disponibile.. Infatti se avessi dovuto recensire solo lei le avrei dato 5 stelle, ma purtroppo chi è alla reception è stata veramente scortese e arrogante. Era la prima volta che andavo lì quindi non sapevo cosa dovevo fare e dove dovevo andare questa mi ha risposto come se le avesse dato fastidio che fossi lì.. Io direi che per quello che fa e dice potrebbero anche farne a meno... ?
I took my son for a physiatric examination and I must say that the doctor was really kind and helpful .. In fact if I had only had to review her I would have given her 5 stars, but unfortunately the receptionist was really rude and arrogant. It was the first time I went there so I didn't know what I had to do and where I had to go she replied as if it bothered her that I was there .. I would say that for what she does and says they could even do without it ... ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono in attesa di un esito importante( RMN encefalo a 16 anni ) da mercoledì scorso...tempi biblici per un esame così importante e alla mia richiesta alla reception rispondono " Signora stia calma e aspetti"... forse domani (lunedì) qualcosa mi verrà comunicato
I am waiting for an important outcome (brain MRI at 16) since last Wednesday ... biblical times for such an important exam and to my request at the reception they answer "Lady, stay calm and wait" ... maybe tomorrow (Monday) something I will be notified

Pessima esperienza al telefono con la segretaria che risponde alle chiamate, non sono nemmeno capaci di darti un appuntamento e ti rispondono con maleducazione e arroganza!
Se non sapete fare il vostro lavoro fate altro ma almeno non trattate male i clienti.
Consiglierei ad Inacqua di cambiare segretaria con una più gentile altrimenti perdono solo clienti.
Inacuqa mai più nemmeno se fosse gratis!!!

Bad experience on the phone with the secretary answering calls, they are not even able to give you an appointment and they answer you with rudeness and arrogance!
If you don't know how to do your job, do something else but at least don't treat customers badly.
I would advise Inacqua to change secretary to a more polite one, otherwise they only lose customers.
Never water again even if it were free !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sono mai riusciti a portare a termine una prenotazione. Una volta devono rinnovare la convenzione con Unisalute, una volta mi devono richiamare e non li sento più, un'altra volta hanno la macchina dei rx rotta ma me lo dicono quando richiamo io dopo 3 giorni. I medici saranno bravissimi, ma non sono riuscito a verificarlo, il resto lascia desiderare.
They never managed to complete a booking. Once they have to renew the agreement with Unisalute, once they have to call me back and I don't hear them anymore, another time they have the rx machine broken but they tell me when I call back after 3 days. The doctors will be very good, but I have not been able to verify it, the rest leaves much to be desired.
