★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno rimandato due volte l'appuntamento concordato con molto anticipo, facendomi perdere solo tempo. Ringrazio per la risposta, ma ho specificato dall'inizio che ero disponibile solo di sabato e ho chiesto specificatamente un appuntamento di sabato. Mi avete detto che non c'erano problemi ma poi mi avete chiamato per disdire....due volte, a inizio giugno e adesso. In questo modo ho perso 3 settimane. Non posso anticipare la visita, sono libera solo di sabato e non mi fido più a prenotare per il terzo sabato e avere una nuova disdetta
They postponed the agreed appointment twice well in advance, making me waste only time. Thank you for your reply, but I specified from the start that I was only available on Saturdays and specifically asked for a Saturday appointment. You told me there were no problems but then you called me to cancel .... twice, in early June and now. In this way I lost 3 weeks. I cannot anticipate the visit, I am only free on Saturdays and I no longer trust to book for the third Saturday and have a new cancellation
