★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti in questo “relais”, veramente scadente. Durante la notte rumori continui dal piano di sopra.
È presente una “vasca idromassaggio”nella stanza, mal funzionante e deteriorata.
Dalla doccia esce pochissima acqua, spesso arriva fredda e bisogna attendere decine di minuti prima che torni calda.
Colazione misera, la portano in camera, facendola preordinare il giorno prima. Non c’era nulla di quello che avevamo ordinato.
Non lasciatevi influenzare dalle belle foto.
Per di più dopo aver prenotato e pagato con booking (400€ per due notti), dopo aver soggiornato, mi arriva una notifica da booking di cancellazione della prenotazione per mancato arrivo da parte mia.
Unica nota positiva la posizione.
 We stayed 2 nights in this "relais", really poor. During the night continuous noises from upstairs.
There is a "hot tub" in the room, malfunctioning and deteriorated.
Very little water comes out of the shower, it often arrives cold and you have to wait tens of minutes before it gets hot again.
Poor breakfast, they bring it to the room, making it pre-order the day before. There was nothing of what we had ordered.
Don't be swayed by the beautiful photos.
Moreover, after booking and paying with booking (400 € for two nights), after having stayed, I receive a booking cancellation notification due to my non-arrival.
The only positive note is the location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hôtel appartement idéalement situé à 5min à pied du colisée et du métro. Service très bon, l'hôte est très serviable, le nettoyage est parfait et trouve des solutions en cas de problème.
Chambre basique, literie correcte et douche également. C'est propre.
Pas de bruit le soir nous concernant nous avions une chambre donnant sur une coure intérieure.
Je conseille vivement.
Hotel apartment ideally located 5min walk from the Colosseum and the metro. Very good service, the host is very helpful, the cleaning is perfect and finds solutions in case of problems.
Basic room, decent bedding and shower too. It's clean.
No noise at night concerning us, we had a room overlooking an inner courtyard.
I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel. Very newly refurbished. Lovely staff and nice continental breakfast. You would struggle to find better for the price so close to the forum or colosseum. Only negative is no lift and on the second floor but didn't really bother me.
