Mi ha sempre risposto il proprietario in modo sgarbato. Sembra che tu gli dia fastidio se lo chiami per delle informazioni su degli immobili. Non consiglio. I tried to call the agency 3 times, because I was looking for a rented apartment due to relocation for work. The owner always replied rudely. You seem to be bothering him if you call him about real estate information. I do not recommend.
L	L L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach zahlreichen Versuchen, die Agentur zu erreichen, per Mail und Telefon, war der Herr mehr als unfreundlich am Telefon. Auf die Anfrage, ein bestimmtes Objekt zu besichtigen, wurde mir ungeduldig erklärt, dass er dafür keine Zeit hat. Er könne mir aber Bilder davon zeigen, wenn ich in der Agentur vorbeikomme. Der Versuch, einen Termin auszumachen scheiterte jedoch, da er am nächsten Samstag bereits einen Termin hatte und er laut seiner Aussage zu viel zu tun hat. Ich sollte nochmal nächste Woche anrufen - super, nachdem ich bereits eine halbe Woche gebraucht hatte um ihn zu erreichen. Das spare ich mir dann doch lieber! Abbiamo mandato una mail, opzione che mettono loro, senza ottenere risposta. Quindi abbiamo chiamato e dopo ben due tentativi ci ha risposto sgarbatamente dicendo “cosa devo fare, rispondere a tutte le mail che mi arrivano?” (Magari si? Sarebbe parte del tuo lavoro). Dopo circa 10 minuti, nei quali ci rispondeva male e si vantava solamente dei suoi “successi”, non ci ha nemmeno chiesto per cosa chiamavamo e ci ha detto di chiamare la settimana dopo, risultato? Una perdita di tempo e 3 chiamate senza risposta. Inoltre ci ha preso maggiormente in giro dicendo che, se avessimo messo il numero di telefono nella mail mandata, ci avrebbe sicuramente chiamato lui, risultato? A un’altra mail col numero di telefono e nessuna risposta. Si è rivelata soltanto una persona poco attendibile, poco professionale, molto sgarbata e piena di se, che mette davanti il suo egocentrismo al cliente.
