★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza per l'acquisto di un immobile a dir poco raccapricciante.
Mi sono sentito letteralmente preso in giro, ho richiesto di procedere con un offerta il venerdì, mi hanno dato appuntamento per il lunedì perchè tanto sabato non avrebbero ricevuto offerte e poi lunedì mi hanno detto che l'immobile era già venduto.
Sono costretto a mettere una stella ma Andrea e l'Immobiliare Valdema meriterebbe uno zero.
Experience for the purchase of a property to say the least creepy.
I literally felt taken for a ride, I asked to proceed with an offer on Friday, they gave me an appointment for Monday because they would not receive any offers on Saturday and then on Monday they told me that the property was already sold.
I am forced to put a star but Andrea and Immobiliare Valdema deserve a zero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo apprezzato, disponibilità, professionalità e cortesia di Andrea con il quale abbiamo visionato un appartamento.
Andrea è stato preciso nel descrivere l'immobile sul sito in primis...cosa non scontata essendoci trovati spesso davanti ad "oggetti" niente affatto corrispondenti a quanto descritto; così come lo è stato durante la visita riportando particolari e dettagli.
Abbiamo fatto una scelta diversa ma l'agenzia la consiglio comunque per la professionalità dimostrata
