★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver visto la casa che ci interessava, fissiamo appuntamento per incontrare il proprietario. L'appuntamento viene fissato per la settimana successiva, alle ore 18 di lunedì.
Telefona la mattina dell'appuntamento per disdirlo, quando sapeva benissimo che una delle persone che doveva essere presente all'incontro veniva appositamente da Parma ed era ovviamente già partita.
La cosa bella è che il proprietario aveva avvertito il sabato, ma l'agente immobiliare, POVERINO, per avvisarmi avrebbe dovuto passare dall'ufficio perchè non aveva salvato il mio numero e quindi ha deciso di aspettare il lunedì mattina.
QUANTO TEMPO E SOLDI PERSI.
After seeing the house we were interested in, we make an appointment to meet the owner. The appointment is set for the following week, at 18.00 on Monday.
He calls the morning of the appointment to cancel, when he knew very well that one of the people who was supposed to be present at the meeting came from Parma specifically and had obviously already left.
The nice thing is that the owner had warned on Saturday, but the real estate agent, POVERINO, to tell me he would have to pass by the office because he had not saved my number and therefore decided to wait for Monday morning.
