Abbiamo iniziato con loro un percorso per vendere e acquistare casa. Ci sono state situazioni particolari e imprevedibili, ma abbiamo trovato in questa Agenzia degli agenti immobiliari molto competenti, con conoscenze superiori alla media, ma sopratutto abbiamo trovato delle "persone". Ci hanno seguito e consigliato anche dopo l'acquisto a compenso già elargito. Andrea è un agente con esperienza che conosce bene la materia, ma anche un uomo che dà più valore ad una stretta di mano piuttosto che ad un foglio di carta, sa districarsi nelle varie situazioni, ma anche darti una pacca sulla spalla quando c'è bisogno. Paola è una persono semplice dalla pazienza smisurata e lavoratrice instancabile, sempre disponibile. Io penso di aver trovao dei professionisti seri, che mettono passione e empatia nel prorpio lavoro, cosa che pensavo non esistesse più. Infatti non solo Andrea, il titolare, (insieme a tutti i suoi collaboratori, peraltro) è dotato di un'elevata professionalità, ma possiede quell'empatia che fa diventare un tuo problema (anche) un suo problema. Con me, poi, ha avuto una pazienza infinita di cui l'ho ringraziato in privato ma per la quale voglio dirgli grazie anche in pubblico. Un'agenzia assolutamente fuori dal comune in quanto hanno dimostrato pazienza, (credo di aver visto una trentina di case), serietà (non mi hanno mai invogliato a comprare una casa, piuttosto suggerito di non comprarne alcune), competenza e attenzione disinteressata al cliente(la maggior parte delle case erano anche di altre agenzie)... Andrea, il proprietario, é un professionista affermato da anni nel campo, oltre ad essere una persona estremamente affabile e simpatica. La sua politica è quella di accompagnare il cliente fino al suo ingresso nel nuovo acquisto... Anche durante l'atto sono al tuo fianco!! I am citizen of USA and for the past two years been living in Los Angeles, California.
