Laddove molte altre agenzie non ci hanno considerato, il personale dell'agenzia Italiana Casa è stato disponibile da subito e ci ha mostrato un numero di immobili relativamente ampio! Da segnalare la preparazione nella negoziazione del titolare che in trattativa ci ha risolto una situazione di stallo piuttosto complicata

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima volta che ho a che fare con un agenzia immobiliare: inizialmente per visionare l'immobile sono stati superdisponibili e ci avevano assicurato di non avere proposte di acquisto in atto, una volta fatta la proposta di acquisto hanno iniziato a dire che c'erano altre offerte, prima a detta loro gestite da altre agenzie poi é venuto fuori che erano gestite sempre da loro, nel frattempo di avere una risposta sono spariti, dilungheggiavano, non c'era modo di contattarli o di avere novità, rimbalzando le responsabilità tra proprietario dell'immobile e responsabile dell'agenzia o il collega. Dopo una lungaggine di quasi 20 giorni (su termine indicato in proposta di acquisto di 5gg) veniamo contattati dicendo che la proposta era quasi accettata, e recatici all'agenzia ci viene detto che i proprietari avevano accettato un'altra offerta e che però potevano farci visionare altro. Ho ripreso il mio assegno e fatto un bel crocione a quell'agenzia, professionalità da peracottari. Adesso sono seguito da un'agenzia di Calci, seri, professionali e che sanno come seguire un cliente.

After a delay of almost 20 days (after the deadline indicated in the proposed purchase of 5 days) we are contacted saying that the proposal was almost accepted, and when told to the agency we are told that the owners had accepted another offer but that they could do us view more. I resumed my check and made a nice cross for that agency, a peracottari professionalism. Now I am followed by a Calci agency, serious, professional and know how to follow a client.
