★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agenzia a 5 stelle. Eleganza dell'ambiente professionalità di tutti ( agenti, consulenti, segrataria). Lavorano a 360 gradi e vanno oltre i loro compiti. Seguono e coccolano e dirigono nella giusta direzione il cliente. Sanno consigliarlo nella vendita come nell'acquisto. Valutazioni reali che non si smentiscono nel prezzo di vendita.
In più bella presenza di tutto lo staff che non guasta!
5 star agency. Elegance of the environment professionalism of all (agents, consultants, secretary). They work at 360 degrees and go beyond their duties. They follow and pamper and direct the customer in the right direction. They know how to advise him in the sale as in the purchase. Real valuations that do not contradict the selling price.
In most beautiful presence of all the staff that does not hurt!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrata in contatto con Immobiliare San Lazzaro, in quanto fungeva da intermediaria per un immobile che ero interessata ad acquistare nel medesimo Comune.
Purtroppo non si sono rivelati per nulla professionali, in quanto nonostante fossi già da giorni in trattative per l’immobile sopracitato (per cui avevo fatto una proposta d'acquisto) ed avessi espresso chiaramente l’intenzione al Sig. L. di tenermi in considerazione in caso di nuove proposte da parte di altri ipotetici interessati, sono stata totalmente ignorata ed esclusa dalla compra-vendita con un'altro acquirente, venendo (solo a proposta firmata e conclusa) a conoscenza del fatto, tramite un messaggio su WhatsApp.
Non è stato consono privarmi della possibilità di fare una contro proposta a quella ricevuta dall'altro offerente.
Sostengo che, per un’agenzia immobiliare la quale si definisce professionale, alla luce della parcella spropositatamente alta che chiedono (si aggira intorno al 4% mentre secondo la Camera di Commercio nella nostra Regione non dovrebbe superare il 2%) la possibilità di creare una situazione di concorrenza dovrebbe essere alla base del loro lavoro.
Il risultato è stato purtroppo quello di aver perso la casa.
I got in touch with Immobiliare San Lazzaro, as it acted as an intermediary for a property that I was interested in buying in the same municipality.
Unfortunately, they did not turn out to be professional at all, since despite being already for days in negotiations for the aforementioned property (for which I had made a purchase proposal) and I had clearly expressed my intention to Mr. L. to take me into consideration in case of new proposals from other hypothetical interested parties, I was totally ignored and excluded from the purchase-sale with another buyer, knowing (only with a signed and concluded proposal) aware of the fact, through a message on WhatsApp.
It was not appropriate to deprive me of the possibility of making a counter-proposal to that received from the other tenderer.
I argue that, for a real estate agency which defines itself as professional, in light of the disproportionately high parcel they ask (it is around 4% while according to the Chamber of Commerce in our Region should not exceed 2%) the possibility of creating a competitive situation should be the basis of their work.
The result was unfortunately that of losing the house.
