Ci hanno assistito in maniera impeccabile nella vendita del nostro appartamento (venduto alle migliori condizioni possibili in meno di un mese) e contestuale acquisto della nuova casa. Fare coincidere le due operazioni non era per nulla facile, ma ci sono riusciti seguendoci in tutte le pratiche notarili, catastali e nei rapporti con la controparte. Marco and Cristina are very serious and highly trained professionals. They assisted us in an impeccable way in the sale of our apartment (sold at the best possible conditions in less than a month) and the contextual purchase of the new house. Making the two operations coincide was not easy at all, but they succeeded by following us in all the notarial, cadastral practices and in relations with the counterpart. A nostro parere, 2 persone veramente valide, che vanno al di là del solito cliché dell'agente immobiliare rampante intento solo a concludere al più presto la trattativa. Grazie ad ottime capacità di mediazione, riescono a trovare un punto d'incontro tra venditore ed acquirente così da soddisfare le esigenze di entrambi. Bravi!
We took advantage of their support to look for a new home and having found ourselves very well we also entrusted them with the sale of ours. In our opinion, 2 really good people, who go beyond the usual cliché of the rampant real estate agent only intent on concluding the deal as soon as possible. Ho avuto la necessità di vendere la villetta dei miei genitori e senza l'aiuto dell'Immobiliare Lai non so davvero come avremmo potuto affrontare la burocrazia che opprime chiunque venga coinvolto nella compravendita di un immobile. Marco e Cristina sono davvero due grandi professionisti: precisi, cordiali e attenti ad ogni dettaglio. E' stato un vero piacere collaborare con loro. Grazie ragazzi, senza di voi non ce l'avremmo mai fatta!!!
I stopped at 5 stars, but I think the service provided is worth at least 10 !!! I had the need to sell my parents' house and without the help of Immobiliare Lai I don't really know how we could have dealt with the bureaucracy that oppresses anyone involved in the sale of a property. Marco and Cristina are really two great professionals: precise, friendly and attentive to every detail. It was a real pleasure to collaborate with them.
