Macchie di muffa nascoste dai mobili (peraltro lasciati lì). Caldaia da riparare per una perdita. Non comunicato, scoperto dopo aver avuto le chiavi. Caldaia da sostituire non da riparare. Esperienza assolutamente negativa. Non-existent financial advisor. They do not bother to check that the house has been emptied by the sellers at the deed. Mold stains hidden by the furniture (also left there). Boiler to be repaired for a leak. Not communicated, discovered after having the keys. Boiler to be replaced not to be repaired. Absolutely negative experience.

Appartamento assolutamente non conforme per caratteristiche e mobilio a quanto dichiarato sul contratto ; lo faccio notare all'Agenzia nel più breve tempo possibile, chiedo loro aiuto per mediare con i proprietari dicendo appunto che l'appartamento in tal modo non è vivibile, ma la risposta della segretaria è ' non è affar nostro!' fattura emessa dopo più di 20 giorni dal pagamento della provvigione dopo mia insistente richiesta. Insomma, un'esperienza devastante della quale ancora pago le conseguenze. SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE DI RIVOLGERSI ALL' AGENZIA GINAURI.
