★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo abbiamo avuto la sfortuna di acquistare un immobile messo in vendita da loro. Siamo arrivati alla conclusione della trattativa solamente perché eravamo molto interessati. Hanno un unico obiettivo, fare cassa il prima possibile. La titolare ė totalmente incapace nella mediazione e nei rapporti con il cliente....l' avidità fatta persona.
Dopo aver incassato sono praticamente sparite.. nemmeno il giorno dell' atto hanno avuto l' accortezza di sincerarsi che tutto fosse andato bene. Sconsigliatissimo!!
 Unfortunately, we had the misfortune of buying a property they are selling. We came to the conclusion of the deal only because we were very interested. They have one goal, to make cash as soon as possible. The owner is totally incapable of mediation and relations with the customer .... greed made person.
After having collected they have practically disappeared .. not even on the day of the deed did they have the foresight to make sure that everything went well. Not recommended !!
