★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno ho avuto occasione di collaborare con questa agenzia per l’acquisto di una casa a castel san giovanni , hanno fatto il minimo indispensabile , se non era per il responsabile delle poste italiane di stradella che gestiva il mio mutuo che ha sollecitato l’agenzia per accellerare la richiesta di documentazione inerente alla casa e all approvazione del mutuo a quest ora la casa non era ancora mia.
l’appuntamento dal notaio e’ stato fissato dal responsabile delle poste che ringrazio tantissimo e avrebbe dovuto pensarci l’agenzia .
palesemente d’accordo con il proprietario su tante cose e comunque alla fine di tutto hannk voluto la loro parte senza aver fatto praticamente niente .
Sconsiglio vivamente a tutti questa agenzia , a castel san giovanni ce ne sono tante altre
Ps mi dicevano sempre “ se ti approvano il mutuo“ , hanno approvato prima il mio mutuo e loro non erano pronti con tutte le carte .

Ps they always told me “if they approve your mortgage“, they approved my mortgage first and they weren't ready with all the papers.
