in merito alla risp. Della recensione ma come mai oggi il marito e diventato anche lui proprietario e poi io sono andato a bussare dopo che l'immobile a vostro dire era fuori dal mercato non era più in vendita

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Mi stavano vendendo un appartamento al 3 piano abusivo.. Era un garage al 3 piano e non avendo elicottero non mi serviva. Fatta notare la cosa hanno fatto finta di nulla stando ovviamente dalla parte del venditore. Il notaio il giorno prefissato x rogito non ha rogitato perche' non era appartamento ma un garage al 3 piano. Veniva redatto compromesso dall'agenzia per l'acquisto di un appartamento (già abitazione) e con tutte utenze già esistenti in quanto locato.
Ho pagato acconto 1200 mediazione senza ricevere nessuna fattura e sebbene più volte richiesta la restituzione della mediazione non hanno restituito nulla sebbene l'unica mediazione sia stata il raggiro per non scrivere altro.... L'agenzia dovrebbe tutelare ambedue le parti e controllare la regolarità dell'immobile, non come avete fatto voi. Caro Cristini le voglio ricordare che la cauzione di 15.000 euro mi è stata totalmente restituita, in caso la sua memoria voglia ricordare solo quello che le fa comodo o le ritorna utile. State attenti.. Per loro l'unica cosa importante è la mediazione
Bad experience. They were selling me an abusive apartment on the 3rd floor .. It was a garage on the 3rd floor and having no helicopter I didn't need it. Pointed out, they pretended nothing was obviously on the side of the seller. The notary on the fixed day x deed did not deed because it was not an apartment but a garage on the 3rd floor. A compromise was drawn up by the agency for the purchase of an apartment (already a home) and with all utilities already existing as leased.
I paid the 1200 brokerage deposit without receiving any invoice and although I requested the return of the mediation several times, they did not return anything although the only mediation was the scam not to write anything else .... The agency should protect both parties and check the regularity of the property, not as you did. Dear Cristini, I would like to remind you that the deposit of 15,000 euros has been fully returned to me, in case your memory only wants to remember what suits you or is useful. Be careful .. For them the only important thing is mediation

Ad oggi erano 4 anni che non li sentivo, e ho telefonato per chiedere loro se potessero farmi la pratica per il rinnovo di un contratto di affitto per il quale mi avevano assistito 4 anni addietro. Sono rimasto commosso: la Sig.ra Mariateresa mi ha riconosciuto dalla voce, come se fossi uno di casa. Cosa si può desiderare di più, in questo mondo di anonimi contatti on-line e di portali informatici? Sono veramente unici!
