★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsigliatissima per chi vuole lottare contro la discriminazione e il razzismo in Italia. Ho chiamato l'agenzia per chiedere delle informazioni in merito a un appartamento in affitto e, sentendo il mio accento, la prima cosa che la signora che ci lavora mi ha chiesto è stata se fossi italiana. Quando ho confermato di essere italiana ma cresciuta all'estero e ho chiesto perché mi avesse fatto questa domanda, mi ha risposto che la proprietaria non voleva assolutamente affittare a persone straniere perché hanno delle abitudini diverse rispetto a quelle degli italiani. Ma stiamo scherzando? Siamo nel 2018. Fare delle generalizzazioni e pensare che tutti gli italiani abbiano le stesse abitudini e che tutti gli stranieri ne hanno diverse dimostra un'ignoranza totale sia dalla parte della proprietaria che dell'agenzia che ha scelta di lavorare con lei. Mi chiedo quali siano queste abitudini così terribili delle persone straniere...il fatto che alcune, come me, non usano il bidet perché non esiste nella maggior parte dei paesi al di fuori dall'Italia? In ogni caso, non avrebbe avuto più senso elencare nell'annuncio queste abitudini vietate piuttosto che dire che accettano solo italiai? Veramente vergognoso il comportamento e l'atteggiamento dell'agenzia e della proprietaria. Ci sono tante altre agenzie con personale più corretto e professionale.
 Not recommended for anyone who wants to fight against discrimination and racism in Italy. I called the agency to inquire about a rented apartment and, feeling my accent, the first thing the lady who works there asked me was if I was Italian. When I confirmed that I was Italian but raised abroad and asked why he asked me this question, he replied that the owner did not want to rent to foreign people because they have different habits than those of the Italians. Are we joking? We are in 2018. Making generalizations and thinking that all Italians have the same habits and that all foreigners have different habits shows total ignorance both on the part of the owner and the agency that has chosen to work with her. I wonder what these terrible habits of foreign people are ... the fact that some, like me, don't use the bidet because it doesn't exist in most countries outside Italy? In any case, wouldn't it have made more sense to list these prohibited habits in the announcement than to say that they only accept Italy? The behavior and attitude of the agency and the owner are truly shameful. There are many other agencies with more correct and professional staff.

Non sono onesti ne tantomeno corretti con i clienti, ho avuto una pessima esperienza e ci ho rimesso dei soldi.
Assolutamente da evitare.

In particolare ho apprezzato l'accompagnamento in tutte le fasi fino al rogito da parte della signora Menini che alla fine ha richiesto una tariffa molto interessante che ho saldato solo al completamento delle operazioni.
