Le case sono in stato pietoso, caratterizzate dalla presenza di scarafaggi (problema mai risolto) Attenzione al contratto Chiederanno una caparra pari a una mensilitá dicendo che sarà poi restituita al termine del contratto. Tratterranno però di default 200€ di spese amministrative (non giustificate) + risoluzione contratto (67€). STAY AWAY Absolutely unprofessional agency: arrogant non-transparent and do not solve problems. The houses are in a sorry state, characterized by the presence of cockroaches (problem never solved) Pay attention to the contract They will ask for a deposit equal to one month, saying that it will then be returned at the end of the contract. However, they will retain by default € 200 of administrative costs (not justified) + contract termination (€ 67).
