★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agenzia piccola, ben curata e situata nel cuore di Migliarina in Viale Italia, nr. 663. Attività gestita a livello familiare: L'Agente Immobiliare dispone di due impiegate. I prezzi sono molto superiori rispetto ad altre Agenzie Immobiliari presenti in provincia, e nonostante questo il servizio offerto non corrisponde alla tariffa.
In base alla mia esperienza e secondo la mia modesta opinione a seguito dell'acquisto di un Immobile tramite questa Agenzia Immobiliare, il titolare non si é comportato proprio correttamente, tralascio i particolari. Infatti, a mio avviso, nonostante una bella presentazione, il trattamento non é stato secondo le aspettative e la professionalità annunciata.
Si presenta come persona seria, elegante e distinta ma.........., ma purtropppo non è così......sconsiglio vivamente!!!!!! Scegliete altra Agenzia, del resto ve ne sono parecchie nelle vicinanze, si trovano almeno altre 4 Agenzie nell'arco di 500 metri....... decisamente migliori. Ovviamente se dovessi acquistare un altro immobile mi rivolgerò altrove. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO.....

Small, well-maintained agency located in the heart of Migliarina in Viale Italia, nr. 663. Family-run business: The Real Estate Agent has two employees. The prices are much higher than other Real Estate Agencies in the province, and despite this the service offered does not correspond to the rate.
Based on my experience and in my humble opinion following the purchase of a property through this real estate agency, the owner did not behave properly, I leave out the details. In fact, in my opinion, despite a beautiful presentation, the treatment was not according to the expectations and the announced professionalism.
He presents himself as a serious, elegant and distinguished person but .........., but unfortunately it is not so ...... I strongly advise against it !!!!!! Choose another Agency, after all there are several in the vicinity, there are at least 4 other Agencies within 500 meters ....... much better. Obviously, if I were to buy another property, I will go elsewhere. NOT RECOMMENDED .....
