★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero interessata all acquisto di una casa in costruzione in loro esclusiva, guidati da Anna e Alessandro fatto tre proposte d’acquisto.
Due con l esito “sospensione della vendita dell immobile”
Terza e l’ultima proposta ( a condizioni economiche richieste dal costruttore e geometra Alessandro) con l’esito “ l abbiamo venduta ad un amico a condizioni migliori” (mai menzionato in otto mesi la presenza di un altro acquirente interessato all ‘ immobile in questione né tantomeno hanno accennato di altre proposte in corso...) in tutto le trattative durate più di 8 mesi.
Mancano i requisiti fondamentali come diligenza e trasparenza.
L’imparzialità non è stata garantita ma privilegiata la parte venditrice.
Valori morali e professionali non rispettati. Nessuna responsabilità civile.
L’etica umana assente del tutto.
I was interested in buying a house under construction exclusively for them, led by Anna and Alessandro made three purchase proposals.
Two with the outcome "suspension of the sale of the property"
Third and last proposal (at economic conditions requested by the builder and surveyor Alessandro) with the result "we sold it to a friend at better conditions" (never mentioned in eight months the presence of another buyer interested in the property in question nor did they mention other proposals in progress ...) in all the negotiations that lasted more than 8 months.
The basic requirements such as diligence and transparency are missing.
Impartiality was not guaranteed but the selling party was privileged.
Moral and professional values not respected. No civil liability.
Human ethics absent entirely.
