Purtroppo ho acquistato le finestre del mio appartamento alcuni anni fa e una porta finestra molto grande nella mia sala mi ha dato problemi sin da subito nella chiusura. Anche questa volta non si riusciva più a chiuderla e quindi abbiamo messo degli oggetti pesanti per non farla spalancare e non fare entrare pioggia, freddo e avendo anche paura che ci potessero entrare in casa dato che siamo all'ultimo piano. Ovviamente abbiamo subito contattato la ditta del sig. Pellegrinelli spiegando l'urgenza e ci è stato detto che ci avrebbero richiamato per darci un appuntamento...sono passati 15 gg e nonostante varie nostre telefonate ci hanno sempre risposto che avrebbero chiamato loro ma non l'hanno mai fatto! Mancanza assoluta di professionalità e sincerità! Avremmo preferito sentirci dire che non rispondevano del loro lavoro piuttosto che essere presi in giro così. Spero di essere stata utile a quelli che devono montare nuovi infissi rivolgetevi a ditte SERIE che seguano i loro clienti! Not recommended!
