Claudio und seine Mitarbeiter sprechen hervorragend deutsch, sämtliche Unterlagen wurden uns ohne Aufforderung, auch in deutscher Fassung übermittelt. Wir wurden von A bis Z begleitet, das Bankkonto wurde gemeinsam eröffnet, sämtliche Fragen wurden stets beantwortet und selbstverständlich wurden wir auch zum Notar begleitet. Auch in Sachen Renovierung hat Claudio jegliche Handwerker an der Hand. Claudio und seine Mitarbeiter sind bautechnisch top fit. Wir sagen DANKE für die tolle Betreuung und professionelle Abwicklung. Purchased a property in Cavaion this year through Immobiliare Bardolino. I have to say, everything worked perfectly. Claudio and his staff speak excellent German, all documents were sent to us without request, including in German. We were accompanied from A to Z, the bank account was opened together, all questions were always answered and of course we were also accompanied to the notary. When it comes to renovations, Claudio has every craftsman on hand. Claudio and his employees are structurally very fit. We say THANK YOU for the great support and professional handling. Thumbs up ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't recommend Immobiliare Bardolino highly enough. Between them Giovanni and Claudio speak fluent English and German and dealt with all aspects of my purchase in a friendly and professional manner. Many times they did more than the essentials and ultimately made buying a property in Italy easier than my experience of buying in England. They coordinated all the legal work with the 'Notaio' and even drove me there for the signing while providing translation in addition to that of the official translator. They acted on behalf of the seller and myself with the outcome being that both sides found the process very straight forward and stress free.
Immobiliare Bardolino also offer an 'after sales service' whereby they can action regular bills on the clients behalf and they can also coordinate any property improvements with local builders and businesses. This is especially useful for overseas buyers. I am using them for both of these services and they've been just as good as they were for the purchase itself.
