Wir waren zwei Familien (4 Erwachsene, 5 Kinder und 1 Hund). Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen!!! Der Pool ist gigantisch, das Grundstück fantastisch und wer den Gardasee kennt und liebt, weiß, dass dieses Haus in einer exzellente Lage liegt. Wir hatten eine so schöne Woche, dass wir uns schon überlegen wann wir nächstes Jahr wieder kommen ? Dear Irene, from the first contact to today everything went perfectly and absolutely without any problems. We have never been so warmly welcomed. We were two families (4 adults, 5 children and 1 dog). The house leaves nothing to be desired! The pool is gigantic, the property is fantastic and those who know and love Lake Garda know that this house is in an excellent location. We had such a nice week that we are already thinking about when we will be back next year ?

Angefangen mit einem kurzfristigen Termin zur Wohnungsbesichtigung wurden all unsere Fragen wahrheitsgemäß beantwortet. Herr Leonhardt ist uns gegenüber immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit begegnet, seine gute deutsche Srache war sehr hilfreich. Auch beim Notar lief alles durch ihn tip-top und auch noch danach hat er uns z. B. bei Anmeldung beim Energieversorger, Hausverwaltung, Stadt... super geholfen und auch die noch zu erledigenden Nachbesserungen an der Wohnung betreut. Wir können nur gutes über Herrn Leonhardt berichten und ihn bestens empfehlen...sehr professionell und kompetent!!! Beim Kauf einer Immobilie in Italien (gerade auch als Deutsche, denn in Italien läuft vieles anderst als bei uns) ist er unserer Meinung nach eine tolle Adresse. This year we bought an apartment on Lake Garda through the real estate agency Azzurra, Mr. Leonhardt. Starting with a short-term appointment to view the apartment, all of our questions were answered truthfully. Mr. Leonhardt was always very friendly and helpful towards us, his good German language was very helpful. At the notary, too, everything went perfectly through him and even afterwards he still B. when registering with the energy supplier, property management company, city ... great help and also looked after the repairs to be made to the apartment. We can only say good things about Mr. Leonhardt and recommend him very much ... very professional and competent !!! When buying a property in Italy (especially as a German, because a lot is different in Italy than here), in our opinion it is a great address.

Leonhardt con perseveranza, competenza e inventiva (tra le altre ha pubblicato un bel video della mia proprieta', girato da lui con un drone, su Youtube) è riuscito a vendere la mia Villa a Torri del Benaco in piena Pandemia!!! Diversi agenti si erano approcciati x poter provare a venderla, ma non mi sono fidata di altri. Si trattava di una proprietà importante in fronte lago con un prezzo impegnativo; non è da tutti riuscire a trattare questa tipologia di immobili. Ci vuole esperienza e capacità contrattuale x poter trovare accordo tra venditore e acquirente. Il Sig. Leonhardt mi ha sempre detto di aspettare, che l'acquirente giusto sarebbe arrivato. A differenza di tanti altri che pur di convincermi a vendere sminuivano la Villa nel solo intento di tentare di concludere loro l'operazione. Mi ha seguito anche post rogito x le volture delle utenze, e ha sempre cercato di risolvere ogni aspetto si presentasse. Esperienza decisamente soddisfacente e positiva. Grazie Sig. Leonhardt I turned to Immobiliare Azzurra on the advice of my neighbor in Torri del Benaco, and I did really well! Mr. Leonhardt with perseverance, competence and inventiveness (among others he published a nice video of my property, shot by him with a drone, on Youtube) managed to sell my Villa in Torri del Benaco in full Pandemic !! ! Several agents had approached to try to sell it, but I didn't trust others. It was an important lakefront property with a challenging price; not everyone is able to deal with this type of property. It takes experience and contractual skills to be able to find an agreement between seller and buyer. Mr. Leonhardt always told me to wait, that the right buyer would come. Unlike many others who, in order to convince me to sell, belittled the Villa with the sole intent of trying to conclude the operation for them. He also followed me after the deed for the transfers of the utilities, and he always tried to solve every aspect that arose. Definitely satisfying and positive experience. Thank you Mr. Leonhardt
