Affidue ha risposto immediatamente e tempestivamente supportando il disagio dovuto al guasto e rimborsando totalmente le spese sostenute. Grazie. È importante dare la fiducia alle persone giuste che, oltre a saper riconoscere i propri errori (anche se il difetto era nella produzione del pezzo e non nel montaggio) ti sono vicine e sulle quali puoi sempre contare. M	Michela Zorzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una macchina usata di tre anni e mezzo con una garanzia di un anno , dopo quattro mesi il primo problema cioè sostituzione del filtro anti particolato per fortuna coperto dalla garanzia mentre pochi giorni fa in occasione della revisione con la macchina ancora in garanzia mi ritrovo a dover sostituire due gomme perché tra il posteriore e l’anteriore montavano raggio diverso “e questo a mie spese” !!!! secondo il proprietario con la prima riparazione aveva già speso troppo. Per la mia esperienza fortemente sconsigliato !!!! Andrea ci ha venduto una vettura con tanto di contratto, non ha voluto la caparra poichè doveva provvedere alla cancellazione di un'ipoteca presente sulla vettura (di cui aveva taciuto la presenza ed in fase di visura PRA abbiamo riscontrato). Dopo piu' di un mese di attesa, abbiamo chiamato per sapere a che punto era la pratica ed abbiamo scoperto che aveva venduto la vettura ad altro soggetto.
