Bad experience: I choose a bracelet, wait to pay for it and the rude saleswoman sells it to another "lady". I call the manager who says she can't do anything, while the saleswoman was mimicking my lamenele.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza tremenda. Le cose che hanno esposte sono carine e i prezzi sotto sconti abbordabili. L'assistenza orribile e da denuncia. Comprata una collana in oro bianco, regalata alla sera, il giorno dopo rotta senza fare alcun che solo portarla. Portata a far vedere....niente garanzia ( quando ci sarebbero 2 anni di legge) . Ci hanno proposto di darla dentro per 14 euro quando è stata pagata più di 100 oppure 15 euro per la riparazione.
Meglio comprare su internet almeno su certi siti si è più sicuri della garanzia e restituzione dei soldi. Non vale la pena andare per avvocati per 100 euro perchè se ne spenderebbero di più ma sicuramente vi consiglio di non acquistare in questo negozio. Mi dispiace per le commesse che non avrebbero più lo stipendio ma i titolari sarebbero veramente da denuncia.
Terrible experience. The things they exhibited are nice and the prices below affordable discounts. Horrible and reporting assistance. Bought a white gold necklace, given in the evening, the day after it broke without doing anything but just wearing it. Reached to show .... no guarantee (when there would be 2 years of law). They proposed to give it in for 14 euros when more than 100 or 15 euros were paid for the repair.
Better to buy on the internet at least on certain sites you are more confident of the guarantee and return of money. It is not worth going for lawyers for 100 euros because they would spend more but surely I advise you not to buy in this shop. I'm sorry for the orders that would no longer have a salary but the owners would really be a complaint.
