★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho frequentato un corso di sala bar per giovani in questa scuola anni fa. Esperienza abbastanza triste sotto tutti i punti di vista. Caos, poca professionalità, liti giornaliere tra pessimi studenti e insegnanti, zero meritocrazia per i pochi che volevano realmente imparare qualcosa. Ho svolto degli stage ma mancando delle ore persi l'intero anno nonostante i pesanti sacrifici, invani e poco importanti agli insegnanti.
Non so come sia organizzata la scuola adesso ma personalmente penso che il corso di 1 singolo anno sia il più impestato, frequentato per lo più da studenti poco seri, mentre quello da 2 anni mi pareva un pelino più professionale e serio.
(Notare bene che non mi sto riferendo ai corsi per adulti)
In sostanza: è stata un esperienza che avrei volentieri evitato se avessi saputo come sarebbe stata.
I took a youth bar course at this school years ago. Quite sad experience from all points of view. Chaos, lack of professionalism, daily fights between bad students and teachers, zero meritocracy for the few who really wanted to learn something. I did some internships but missing the hours lost the whole year despite the heavy sacrifices, in vain and unimportant to the teachers.
I don't know how the school is organized now but personally I think that the 1-year course is the most plagued, attended mostly by not very serious students, while the one for 2 years seemed a bit more professional and serious.
(Please note that I am not referring to adult courses)
Basically: it was an experience that I would have gladly avoided if I had known what it would be like.

Si possono imparare delle tecniche base e avanzate ottenendo un certificato ufficiale per chi vuole lavorare nel settore o anche per chi vuol fare un corso per passione. Oltre alla cucina ci sono tanti altri tipo di corsi.
