Ho comprato una cucina magnifica ad un prezzo speciale e sono stata accontentata in tutto e per tutto. 100% soddisfatta. Attendevo con ansia la consegna perché è la prima volta in assoluto che acquisto qualcosa su internet e avevo timore di aver compiuto un azzardo, e anche perché vivo in campagna nella provincia di Catania, quindi molto distante da Torino invece sono rimasta contentissima del mio acquisto. La credenza è MOLTO bella, molto più bella che nella foto. Il legno è lavorato in modo da farti sentire sotto le dita le venature e la consistenza. Il colore è naturale e bellissimo. Siamo, io e la mia famiglia, molto soddisfatti del nostro acquisto. Il signore che mi ha risposto al telefono è una persona cortese e di poche parole e questo è stato decisivo per convincermi a fare una spesa così grande per le mie risorse( anche se piccola per altri probabilmente) perché mi ha dato una sensazione di serietà. Io sono stata insistente nelle telefonate e nelle mail proprio perché non abituata a queste spese on line e questo signore ha risposto in modo breve e asciutto senza tentare in alcun modo di convincermi a comprare lasciandomi tutto il tempo di ragionarci sopra. Mi dispiace di non avergli chiesto il nome a causa della mia riservatezza ma lo ringrazio per tutto. Grazie ancora. Il lavoro è stato eseguito molto bene, la disponibilità nel venire incontro alle nostre esigenze è stata tantissima! Parliamoci chiaro, i proprietari possono sembrare un po' "ruvidi", in realtà pochi fronzoli e tanta sostanza, puntuali, veloci nella comunicazione.
