Le ragazze all'accoglienza sono forse un po' troppo nervosette e poco accoglienti ma i meccanici e i carrozzieri sanno il fatto loro. Excellent organization but with skyrocketing prices. The girls at the reception are perhaps a little too nervous and unwelcoming but the mechanics and coachbuilders know what they are doing.

Non sono di Torino, ma quando mi sono presentato da loro per un piccolo problema all'auto si sono prodigati a risolverlo. In primis complimenti al titolare che mi ha intrattenuto durante l'attesa e anche all'operatore che ha risolto il mio problema. Five stars, helpful and competent staff. I'm not from Turin, but when I came to them for a small car problem, they went out of their way to solve it. First of all, congratulations to the owner who entertained me during the wait and also to the operator who solved my problem.
d	dario grisot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Portato la vettura il 06 gennaio, ordinati i ricambi il 16 febbraio senza motivazioni valide: un dipendente giustifica il fatto con "non c'era il pezzo di ricambio", un altro con "c'è stato un errore di ordine". Al ritiro, telefonata alle 15 "la vettura è pronta, venga quando vuole, noi chiudiamo alle 18.30", vado alle 17 e, guarda caso, "é quasi pronta, 20 minuti, la stiamo lucidando"; finalmente alle 18,45 me la consegnano. Il saluto: "buona sera, la aspettiamo la prosdima volta per trattarla meglio": sarà difficile!!!!! E non mi hanno neanche offerto la macchina di cortesia che ho iniziato a pagare dal 7 gennaio. The car was brought on 06 January, the spare parts ordered on 16 February without valid reasons: one employee justifies the fact with "there was no spare part", another with "there was an order error". At the pickup, call at 15 "the car is ready, come when you want, we close at 18.30", I go at 17 and, coincidentally, "it's almost ready, 20 minutes, we are polishing it"; finally at 18.45 they deliver it to me. The greeting: "good evening, we are waiting for you next time to treat you better": it will be difficult !!!!! And they didn't even offer me the courtesy car that I started paying for from January 7th.

Il lavoro è stato eseguito in maniera impeccabile ed i ragazzi sono stati disponibilissimi e professionali. Sono stato accolto con cordialità e professionalità e l’auto mi è stata riconsegnata pulita e splendente. Complimenti davvero per il lavoro svolto ??? I took the car to them to repaint the roof and replace the antenna following a vandalism. The work was performed impeccably and the boys were extremely available and professional.
