Tutto preparato, presentato e servito con professionalità, cortesia e simpatia.
Oggi poi non vi siete scoraggiati nemmeno con una risorsa in meno in cucina …
Fare poi due chiacchiere con Andrea e Nadia è stata la giusta conclusione di un pranzo domenicale in famiglia.
Torneremo presto anche perché … dobbiamo assaggiare il Gin che ci avete promesso.

And today you haven't been discouraged even with one less resource in the kitchen ...
Then having a chat with Andrea and Nadia was the right conclusion to a Sunday family lunch.
We will be back soon also because… we have to taste the Gin you promised us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era da tempo che prevedevamo di andare da Imbufalita e finalmente siamo riusciti. Accoglienti e professionali, grande attenzione al cliente. Atmosfera intima e rilassata. Ristorante elegante e sobrio allo stesso tempo. Menù con giusto numero di proposte e con grandissima qualità della materia prima. Preparazione dei piatti direi eccellente, della tradizione ma miscelati con rivisitazioni davvero sorprendenti. Vini da scegliere in esposizione ed una birra artigianale
davvero molto buona. Cremoso di ricotta di bufala con sablè alle mandorle e coulis di cachi a dir poco strepitoso, buonissimo!

We had been planning to go to Imbufalita for some time and we finally succeeded. Welcoming and professional, great attention to the customer. Intimate and relaxed atmosphere. Elegant and sober restaurant at the same time. Menu with the right number of proposals and with the highest quality of the raw material. Preparation of the dishes I would say excellent, traditional but mixed with truly surprising reinterpretations. Wines to choose from on display and a craft beer
really very good. Creamy buffalo ricotta with almond sablè and persimmon coulis nothing short of amazing, yummy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un posto dove assaporare piatti calabresi (e qualcosa di napoletano) di qualità. Cucina davvero ottima, sia nella presentazione che nei sapori, staff super cordiale e preparato. Il risotto con la nduja e la stracciatella clamorosamente buono, così come la mozzarella fritta e i dolci. Ci hanno anche fatto assaggiare un liquore fatto in casa veramente squisito, 5 stelle meritatissime
A place to savor quality Calabrian (and something Neapolitan) dishes. Really excellent cuisine, both in presentation and in flavors, super friendly and prepared staff. Risotto with nduja and stracciatella sensationally good, as well as fried mozzarella and desserts. They also made us taste a truly exquisite homemade liqueur, well deserved 5 stars
