★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The personel is very unfriendly, after sitting down right in the line of sight of workers behind the counter and waiting for more than 5 minutes we decided that maybe you order at the counter, when we tried to order suddenly someone came over and started explaining we can’t order there because we have to pay the service fee which is completely understendable, buy not in a situation where the service is so awfull (or nonexistent really). I tried explaining that we waited at the table 3 meters from the counter and the waitress didn’t even apologise just looked very displeased and again told us to sit down. Truly regret not leaving right at that moment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced cafe located in modern soulless shopping area. Served us aperitvos that we did not want or ask for but still charged us full whack even though we disputed, total rip-off, every other cafe/bar we went to give you the aperitvos for free

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my boyfriend recently visited when on a weekend break in Milano. I had a delicious croissant filed with pistachio. The service was great and I’ll definitely go back if I’m in the area again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fancy cafe in the modern area, prices are reasonable and besides the Illy coffees, you can of course enjoy sweet pastries and some sandwiches as well. It might get crowded and you have to wait in lines, but where not in Italy? ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely a place everyone should go! The care, kind attention and gentleness were above any other coffee shop. Amazing coffee and other drinks too. Super thankful to their kindness. And very clean too! If you have the chance, don’t hesitate to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came in for some hot chocolate after spending the day in the cold.
We got 3 normal and one pistachio.
The pistachio was different, but not as yummy as the normal one was... Although still very good.
We were seated immediately and the waiter was very friendly. He offered us tiramisu shots for 0.90€ and we happily accepted! They were SO good, and the perfect size for when you just want a little something.
Great service and great hot chocolate!
