La lampada è prodotta con materiali di qualità e rispecchia completamente quanto illustrato sul sito . Lo staff sì è rivelato molto professionale, gentile e tempestivo nelle risposte. La consegna ha rispettato i termini , nonostante l’invio richiesto nella settimana di Natale. Ho potuto monitorare lo stato di spedizione grazie ad avvisi, sia tramite contatto telefonico che invio di mail , comunicati spontaneamente da parte dello staff. Non ho richiesto il pacco regalo, ma comunque nella confezione ho trovato sia la carta che il fiocco per poterlo impacchettare . Mi ha fatto molto piacere il messaggio di augurio di buone feste scritto a mano ,che ho trovato sulla confezione ( piccoli particolari che non passano inosservati ). The delivery complied with the deadlines, despite the sending requested during the week of Christmas. I was able to monitor the shipping status thanks to alerts, both by telephone contact and by sending emails, spontaneously communicated by the staff. I did not request the gift package, but in any case I found both the paper and the bow in the package to be able to package it. I was very pleased with the handwritten message of wishes for happy holidays, which I found on the package (small details that do not go unnoticed). In case of a future purchase, I will definitely contact them.

I do need to get a plug adapter for the US 110V, so I can see the lamp with light. This lamp will certainly be a family heirloom. The lamp arrived three days early. That's amazing. I contacted Italy and they shipped a second brass frame and green glass shade which was again damaged. The third frame and green glass shade was shipped to the US and this one managed to survived the UPS handling and shipment from Italy to Alpharetta, Georgia. The lamp looks really great on my hand carved mahogany desk in my library... Don_

Product arrived very fast after only a couple of days with nice extras inside the package such as a lovely letter in a handwritten envelope and gift wrapping paper. I bought the bankers lamp Raffaello Lucido as a gift for a family member but the product is so beautiful that I will purchase one for myself :).
