R	Roberto A. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato da "iLaboratorio" due volte. La prima volta per un problema di autofocus della mia reflex, che però ha richiesto l'intervento presso la casa madre. La seconda volta per qualche info relativa alla taratura di un grandangolo che in seguito ho rivenduto, per cui non mi è più servito l'intervento. Fatto sta che, in maniera del tutto gratuita mi sono state fornite info preziose con professionalità, pazienza e passione. Inoltre, avendo nel pentaprisma della reflex un granello di polvere, il titolare ha fatto una verifica veloce, smontando lo schermo di messa a fuoco per capire se il problema fosse lì o nel gruppo pentaprisma, il tutto senza chiedermi una lira. Abbiamo poi fatto anche una chiacchierata su vari argomenti tecnici e ho chiesto dei preventivi per alcuni interventi che dovrò fare nel breve periodo: mi sono stati comunicati prezzi molto onesti e una spiegazione dettagliata di ciò che bisogna fare. Non posso che lasciare una valutazione da 5 stelle. I fotoriparatori stanno sparendo e, avere una persona così giovane, gentile e competente a Verona, è una grande fortuna. Indubbiamente mi affiderò a "iLaboratorio" per tutti i futuri interventi di pulizia, manutenzione ed eventuale (speriamo di no) riparazione della mia attrezzatura e invito anche voi a farlo. I've been to "iLaboratorio" twice. The first time for an autofocus problem of my reflex, which however required intervention at the parent company. The second time for some info on the calibration of a wide angle that I later resold, so I no longer needed the intervention. The fact is that, in a completely free way, I have been provided with valuable information with professionalism, patience and passion. Moreover, having a speck of dust in the pentaprism of the reflex, the holder did a quick check, disassembling the focusing screen to understand if the problem was there or in the pentaprism group, all without asking me for a penny. We then also had a chat on various technical topics and I asked for estimates for some interventions that I will have to do in the short term: I was given very honest prices and a detailed explanation of what needs to be done. I can only leave a 5 star rating. Photo repairers are disappearing and having such a young, kind and competent person in Verona is a great fortune. Undoubtedly I will rely on "iLaboratorio" for all future cleaning, maintenance and eventual (hopefully not) repairs of my equipment and I also invite you to do so.

Unica pecca é difficile intuire la locazione dello studio di riparazione in quanto é dentro ad un condominio accanto al supermercato, si entra nel cancello dopo aver suonato, si passa dalla porta a vetri e poi a sinistra e si vede la porta con il logo. Ciò ovviamente non pregiudica la professionalità del servizio. Great service, honest quote and fast repair. Warranty on repair and direct contact in case of problems. The only flaw is difficult to guess the location of the repair studio as it is inside a condominium next to the supermarket, you enter the gate after ringing, go through the glass door and then to the left and you see the door with the logo. This obviously does not affect the professionalism of the service.

Ho dovuto far mettere apposto la mia Nikon D7200 per far sostituire i display LCD posteriore e superiore. Lavoro perfetto e tempistiche veloci! Consigliato a tutti coloro che devono eseguire lavori di riparazione su macchine fotografiche o obiettivi. The first time I entered the laboratory I was fascinated: I immediately noticed the professionalism and dedication. I had to get my Nikon D7200 fixed to have the rear and top LCDs replaced. Perfect work and fast timing! Recommended for all those who have to carry out repair work on cameras or lenses.

Sarebbe da 5 stelle, ma per l'attesa si va nettamente fuori classifica in negativo ovviamente!!!!!! Prezzi nella medi/alti... Very professional and the work is followed to a work of art .... but in TRULY BIBLICAL TIMES ... It would be 5 stars, but for the wait it goes clearly out of the negative ranking of course !!!!!! L	Lucia Traverso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho effettuato da loro la riparazione del mio obbiettivo Canon 24-70, al quale si era rotto il diaframma.. sono stati velocissimi e trasparenti con i prezzi dell'intervento.. inoltre dopo circa 2 mesi di utilizzo l'obbiettivo ha presentato lo stesso problema (difetto di fabbricazione dei componenti della riparazione) e mi è stato riparato nuovamente senza accollarmi nessun tipo di costo (il tutto in soli 6 giorni). Servizi e staff eccellenti. I carried out the repair of my Canon 24-70 lens, which had broken the diaphragm .. they were very fast and transparent with the prices of the intervention .. also after about 2 months of use the lens presented the same problem (manufacturing defect of the repair components) and it was repaired again without incurring any costs (all in just 6 days). Excellent service and staff.

Sent in my Canon 5D mk2 and my Canon 24-70 2.8. the camera would not take pictures and the lens needed to be overhauled and line up. very professional and very quick turn around. ships securely internationally no problem which is REALLY a plus
