★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo un po ricredermi sulla qualità. C'era il mondo, ma mondo nin è stato. Mi dipsiace moltissimo perché con le parole il mio voto è 10, ma con i fatti il mio voto è insufficiente. Molti dettagli non avuti, gli invitati scontenti, alcune pietanze immangiabili.
Scontento tantissimo
 I have to change my mind a bit about quality. There was the world, but there was no world. I am very sorry because with words my vote is 10, but with facts my vote is insufficient. Many details not had, the guests unhappy, some inedible dishes.
I am very dissatisfied

Lo stesso lavora lì e quindi lo staff di è fatto in quattro per il suo banchetto ma se il buongiorno si vede dal mattino sia il servizio, la location, il cibo sono stati perfetti quindi il locale è da considerarsi straconsigliato.
I was there as a guest at my nephew's wedding.
The same works there and therefore the staff of is bent over backwards for his banquet but if a good morning starts in the morning both the service, the location, the food were perfect then the place is to be considered highly recommended.

Beautiful location! ? Really top quality food. I could call it Haute Cuisine with typical Sannio products. Really delicious dishes presented with great style !! I want to go back. I highly recommend it! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad hospitality. There was a wedding and nobody took the time to help us properly. The room wasn't even ready when we arrived at 8 pm, and you could hear the loud music in the room. They also can't speak English.... We took our bags and left. Ruined our evening

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made a reservation (which was confirmed), but when we arrived it appeared there was a wedding. Right from the start we did not feel welcome at all. We could not find anyone from the hotel, only guests of the wedding. Finally someone spoke to us, and told us to wait 5 minutes for our room to be ready. After waiting for 30 minutes we were escorted to our room, which was above the wedding party.. Music was very, very loud, and would go on till 01:00 in the night. We decided to pack our bags and leave, trying to find another hotel. Horrible, disappointing experience...
p.s. The road to the hotel is very bad, damaged the bottom of my car..
