Nota di merito alla "bistecca di vitella", che nell'accezione toscana si riferisce a super costata da 1 kg !! Excellent dinner, local dishes and ingredients. Platter of cold cuts with mouth-watering Tuscan croutons. Note on the "veal steak", which in the Tuscan sense refers to a 1 kg super steak !!
G	Gian cat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo accolti cordialmente dallo staff e con piacevole sorpresa ci viene chiesto il green pass. I tavoli sono ben distanziati, e la mascherina è correttamente indossata dallo staff. Con piacevole sorpresa ed ammirazione, un cliente che non aveva con sé il green pass (non lo trovava) è stato correttamente invitato a ritirare quando avesse trovato quanto necessario per entrare al chiuso. Ciò ha scatenato l'ira del cliente che ha inveito contro il proprietario che è stato un vero signore a non inveire contro il maldestro cliente che non ha ben digerito la richiesta. Mi sento tutelato da un ristoratore che così si comporta. L'ambiente è gradevole e ben apparecchiato. Ranner bianco. Bicchieri in cristallo. Semplice ma di gusto. Deliziosi i pici al ragù di chianina e buone le linguine al baccalà: il finocchietto selvatico bel.si accostava al baccalà, anche se quest'ultimo avrei preferito un gusto un po' più aggressivo. Piatto ben fatto. È chiaramente il mio gusto. Per secondo: petto d'anatra e petto di piccione: apoteosi del gusto! Superlativi! I dolci? Ho raggiunto l'orgasmo organolettico! Bravó! Alla francese. We are warmly welcomed by the staff and with a pleasant surprise we are asked for the green pass. The tables are well spaced, and the mask is correctly worn by the staff. With pleasant surprise and admiration, a customer who did not have the green pass with him (he could not find it) was correctly invited to collect when he found what he needed to enter indoors. This sparked the anger of the customer who railed against the owner who was a real gentleman not to inveigh against the clumsy customer who did not digest the request well. I feel protected by a restaurateur who behaves like this. The environment is pleasant and well set. White Ranner. Crystal glasses. Simple but tasteful. Delicious pici with Chianina sauce and good linguine with cod: the wild fennel bel.si was combined with cod, although the latter would have preferred a slightly more aggressive taste. Well done dish. It is clearly my taste. Second course: duck breast and pigeon breast: apotheosis of taste! Superb! The sweets? I have reached organoleptic orgasm! Good boy! French way.

Tutto ottimo e ben presentato, accompagnato da un ottimo vino di Bolgheri. Servizio cordiale e professionale. Complimenti sinceri. Consigliatissimo. Small restaurant in the historic center of Bibbiena where we had a great lunch, enjoying two first courses based on potato tortelli and pici with meat sauce, rabbit in porchetta and pigeon breast with the thigh stuffed with its liver. All excellent and well presented, accompanied by an excellent Bolgheri wine. Friendly and professional service. Sincere congratulations. Highly recommended.
