★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vergognosi! Dopo 2 mesi e 1/2 di attesa per dei bastoni tenda arrivano di colore diverso perche' ho capito che il grigio da me' scelto non lo fanno per solo 3 bastoni. Giustificazione...e' lo stesso grigio ??!!, sono due bagni di colore differenti dai supporti ??!!, si scuriscono con tempo!!! Ridicoli.
Shameful! After 2 1/2 months of waiting for curtain rods they arrive in a different color because I realized that the gray I chose doesn't do it for only 3 sticks. Justification ... is it the same gray ?? !!, they are two different color baths from the supports ?? !!, they darken with time !!! Ridiculous.

Abbiamo pagato profumatamente per delle tende che dopo il primo lavaggio erano praticamente da buttare a causa della ruggine rilasciata dai bottoni decorativi applicati. La proprietaria, in modo per nulla cortese, ci ha accusati di aver usato un detersivo aggressivo e un programma di lavatrice sbagliato (nonostante le avessimo detto chiaramente che non era così...e poi: chi laverebbe in modo poco attento delle tende pagate a peso d'oro???) e non ci ha riconosciuto alcun rimborso. Di questo ce ne saremmo fatti una ragione, ma sottolineiamo che i modi della titolare sono stati veramente tanto scortesi. Probabilmente, a un passo dalla pensione, non è importante non acquisire clienti o perderne... Comunque una vergogna!!!
I give a star because it is impossible to give 0. We paid handsomely for the curtains that after the first wash were practically to be thrown away because of the rust released by the decorative buttons applied. The owner, in a way that was not at all courteous, accused us of having used an aggressive detergent and a wrong washing machine program (although we had clearly told her that it was not so ... and then: those who would not pay attention to tents paid to weight of gold ???) and did not recognize any refund. Of this we would have made ourselves a reason, but we underline that the ways of the owner have been really so rude. Probably, one step away from retirement, it is not important not to acquire customers or lose them ... However a shame !!!
